1. Overview
Clean Visuals Agency (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides web design, development, hosting, and related digital services to clients on a monthly subscription basis. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services and websites.
2. Services Provided
We offer the following services:
Custom-designed websites
Hosting and website maintenance
Unlimited edits (reasonable use policy applies)
Mobile optimization
24/7 support
- Graphic Design & Branding Services
SEO integration (when applicable)
All websites are created based on selected templates or custom designs tailored to your business needs.
3. Subscription Terms
Our pricing starts at $150/month with $0 upfront.
All subscriptions are month-to-month, with no contracts.
You may cancel at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email or your client dashboard.
Services are billed on a recurring basis each month unless canceled.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are automatically billed monthly to the card on file.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Invoices will be sent for your records each billing cycle.
5. No Refund Policy
Clean Visuals Agency maintains a strict no refund policy.
Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable, regardless of usage, satisfaction, or early cancellation within the billing period.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by Clean Visuals Agency (e.g., website designs, layouts, graphics, etc.) remains the property of Clean Visuals Agency until the client has completed 12 full months of service or has paid a buyout fee.
After 12 months of continuous service or payment of the buyout, full ownership is transferred to the client.
Content provided by you (logos, copy, images) remains your property.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide all requested content and information in a timely manner.
Review and approve deliverables promptly.
Use the website and services in compliance with all applicable laws.
8. Revisions & Edits
Clients may request unlimited edits as long as they fall within reasonable scope (content, images, sections, layout tweaks).
Full redesigns or entirely new websites may require an additional fee.
9. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Upon cancellation, your website and hosting will remain live until the end of the paid billing period.
After the billing period ends, the website and services will be suspended and deleted unless a buyout is completed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Clean Visuals Agency is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Website downtime caused by third-party services
Loss of data due to client-side changes or third-party interference
11. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
